  Terrible experience and given the run around. Sales rep was due to come out at 1:45 on a Saturday and didn't show up. After communication with the shop, I was advised he was on his way. By 3:15 still no visit, contacted the shop again to see what was happening and they said he had some personal issues and as a result couldn't attend despite waiting in all day when this could have been relayed much earlier. Then the staff member in the shop said he would come and measure up after the shop shut. After loosing a day on the weekend this was the only solution to achieve what was intended to happen at 1:45. Shortly after agreeing this, the idiot in the shop phoned me to advise that I am a little bit too far away to be a customer, I advised that the reason for me contacting them was off the back of referrals. The fact of the matter is, I live 8.8 miles away, as per the first line of the review, this was a terrible experience and was given the run around. Well I think I could have run the 8.8 miles to have the £65 per square meter flooring I was after. Shocking experience and a tale of bad organisation and a sales nightmare exhibiting poor customer experience where the sales rep couldn't be arsed making a sale.
